Melissa Cohen

Melissa Cohen serves as Vice President, Development, Los Angeles Regional Director. Ms. Cohen is jointly responsible for regional business activities and directly oversees development for the Los Angeles Region. Ms. Cohen rejoined BXP in 2023, having previously worked in Development in the New York Region from 2011-2018. Prior to her current position at BXP, Ms. Cohen was a Managing Director, Development for EJS Group and Seven Valleys in New York City.  Ms. Cohen has served in a Development role for almost 20 years, and has been responsible for multifamily, office, and condominium development opportunities in both New York City and Los Angeles.  Ms. Cohen began her career in Los Angeles at Urban Partners.  Ms. Cohen is an active member of ULI. She received a BA from Brown University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
